Frequently asked questions
What format do I use for the page range?+
Comma-separated numbers and dashes, like 1-3,5, which pulls pages 1, 2, 3 and 5. It fills in with the full page count by default so you can just trim it down.
What's the difference between 'Extract' and 'Split all pages'?+
Extract takes the range you typed and bundles those pages into a single new PDF. 'Split all pages' ignores the range field and gives you every page as its own PDF, packed into one .zip you download in one go.
Does splitting reduce the quality of the pages?+
No. Pages are copied straight from the source PDF, not rasterized or recompressed, so text stays sharp and images keep their original resolution.
