Frequently asked questions
Which formats can I convert between?+
Upload any JPG, PNG or WebP and export to any of the three. The conversion happens on an HTML canvas right in your browser, no server round-trip needed.
Does resizing keep the image's proportions?+
Yes. You only control the output width with the slider; height is recalculated automatically to keep the original aspect ratio, so nothing looks stretched.
Why is there no quality slider when I pick PNG?+
PNG is a lossless format, so a quality setting wouldn't do anything. The slider only shows up for JPG and WebP, where lowering it shrinks the file size at the cost of some compression artifacts.
